Our promise

Honest work, done right the first time — backed by a family name over the door and manufacturer warranties in writing.

Vague “fully guaranteed” language is easy to write and hard to hold anyone to. So here's ours itemised — what's covered, for how long, and what isn't.

Workmanship you can count on

Sean stands behind his own labor and craftsmanship. Reviewers describe work that is immaculate and finished on time and on budget — and if something isn't right, the person who built it is the person who fixes it.

Manufacturer material warranties

Trex and other composite decking carry long manufacturer warranties against fade, stain and structural failure, registered for your build.

Licensed & insured

Alexander & Sons operates as a fully licensed and insured general contractor, so the crew on your property and the work they do are properly covered.

Built to your budget

There's no hard-sell menu. We give a free on-site estimate, talk through wood versus composite honestly, and design a deck that fits how you'll use it and what you want to spend.

What isn't covered

Warranties cover materials and workmanship, not ordinary wear, the natural weathering of untreated wood, or alterations made by another contractor after handover. We'll walk you through exactly what your specific build carries before you sign.

Because Sean personally leads every project, we're happy to put the family name to it — and to come back if we ever need to.
